Welcome to BIMUN.

It is my pleasure to welcome you to a growing community that believes in the power of young people to lead, collaborate, and shape a better world. For over a decade, BIMUN has brought together secondary school students, university students, educators, and partners to engage global issues through dialogue, diplomacy, and leadership inspired by the United Nations.

This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate ten years of BIMUN under the theme “Better Together: A Decade of BIMUN Advancing the United Nations’ Vision for Peace, Development, and Human Rights.” The theme reflects our belief that lasting peace, development, and human rights are only possible through collaboration; across borders, cultures, and generations. Delegates can look forward to engaging debates, thought-provoking committees, leadership development, and meaningful connections that extend beyond the conference rooms.

This year, we are excited to be hosting two conferences:

Each conference will offer a unique experience while maintaining the same commitment to excellence, development, and youth empowerment that BIMUN is known for.

I would like to express our sincere appreciation to the United Nations Information Centre (Nigeria) and Babcock University for their consistent support and partnership over the years. Their belief in our mission has been central to our journey and growth.

Whether you are a student stepping into global citizenship, a parent supporting your child’s development, an educator, or a potential partner, we are glad you are here. We look forward to welcoming you to BIMUN and continuing this journey. Better, together!
